Lindsay Lohan’s four-year-old lawsuit against Rockstar Game titles over an in-game figure she stated was based from her has been turned down by the court docket.
A six judge -panel at NY state’s Courtroom of Appeals unanimously turned down her case last night, declaring that the in-game figure simply resembled a “generic. . . twenty something female without the particular identifying physical characteristics.”
It has been such a ridiculous circumstance from the get-go, partly because no movie star in their right head should dispute that Lacey Jonas was founded from them given just what a trashy, screwed up figure Jonas is the game.
On the other hand, Lohan is more than likely not in her right head. Also to her credit, the resemblance is uncanny if not flattering. EASILY had to speculate, I’d say it is rather much designed to be considered a spoof of Lohan and famous young women like her. Burnouts, quite simply, who can’t match their celebrity.
This is actually the second time Lohan’s GTA lawsuit has been turned down. In 2016 a five-judge -panel ruled that her circumstance possessed no merit, but GTA Lohan and her legal representatives filed for charm. Now it appears like the suit has ended and finished with forever. Thank goodness.
GTA V has sold over 90 million copies since its release in 2013 on myriad systems.
